This research aims to investigate the impact of location on customer satisfaction in a business and service context. Business location can have a significant influence on customer experience and perceptions of service quality. This research uses survey methods and statistical data analysis to identify the relationship between business location and customer satisfaction levels. The results of this research provide in-depth insight into how location factors, such as accessibility, parking availability, and surrounding environment, can influence customer perceptions of businesses and services. The managerial implications of these findings are also discussed, providing guidance for improved location strategies that can increase customer satisfaction and overall business success.
